This 100% Synthetic High Performance “Fuel Economy” Lubricant is specially designed for BMW and MINI vehicles equipped with gasoline engines meeting Euro 4, 5, and 6 emission standards. It is ideal for engines requiring a “FE – Fuel Economy” type of engine oil and approved BMW Long-Life 01 FE.
Suitable for all types of fuels including gasoline, leaded or unleaded, ethanol, LPG, diesel, and biofuels. It is compatible with catalytic converters. Always consult the owner’s manual before use, as some engines may not be suitable for this type of oil.

- The BMW Long Life-01 FE specification imposes stringent requirements on the lubricant, particularly due to the Valvetronic system. It covers BMW engines from 2001 and 2004 onwards, including previous BMW specifications such as BMW LL-98. Note that BMW LL-01 FE applies to engines operating outside the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein. Refer to BMW recommendations for specific applications.
- MOTUL Specific LL-01 FE 5W-30 meets all specifications of the BMW Long Life-01 FE standard for BMW, MINI, and ROLLS-ROYCE vehicles without exceptions, applicable to models from 2019 onwards. For models up to 2018, MOTUL 8100 X-cess 5W-40 can also be used. For BMW vehicles requiring BMW LL-04 lubricants, use only approved products like MOTUL 8100 X-Clean+ 5W-30, MOTUL 8100 X-Clean EFE 5W-30, MOTUL 8100 X-Clean gen2 5W-40, or MOTUL Specific LL-04 5W-40.
